We are flexible in our delivery of modules
offering courses day and night. For example, you may wish to run a
course with Personal Presentation, Posture and Deportment, Skin, Hair
and Body Care and Greetings and Conversation Guides for your staff.
The three modules could be presented in one session – each module runs
approximately 1.5 hours and it could be done from 4pm-8:30pm in-house.
Dependant on modules chosen, we would need to discuss your Hotel
policies i.e. uniform presentation, front office procedures etc. to
ensure best possible outcomes and a perfectly tailored fit.
